Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and matching the details on your PK8 account. Requests to withdraw to third-party accounts will be declined.

PK8 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged for unusual activity. Processing times for withdrawals depend on the payment method selected and may take one to five business days. PK8 is not responsible for delays attributable to your bank or e-wallet provider.

All bets placed on PK8 are final once confirmed. PK8 offers sports betting, live casino games, online slots, and eBingo. PK8 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• Where a bet was placed based on incorrect odds or pricing due to a technical error.
